High Frequency Welding Finned Tube Machine
Features of high-frequency welding finned tube radiator:
The base tube and the fins are firmly welded, the contact thermal resistance is small, the sheet spacing is uniform, the wrinkles are small, dust is not easy to accumulate, and the heat exchange efficiency is greatly improved. It is widely used in the recovery of waste heat in heating furnaces, boilers, kilns, hot blast stoves and drying towers. Compared with traditional wound tube air coolers, the outstanding advantages of high-frequency welded finned tube radiators are large heat dissipation area and cooling capacity. High, low air resistance, and its performance remains basically unchanged with the increase in use.
Application fields of high-frequency welding finned tube radiator:
1. Iron and steel: waste heat recovery of coke, sintering process, etc., annealing furnace waste heat recovery, steel rolling continuous heating furnace waste heat recovery;
2. Petrochemical industry: waste heat recovery from various high-temperature recovery devices such as decomposition furnace exhaust, heating furnace gas, sintering furnace gas, hot blast furnace gas and other high-temperature recovery devices.
