Material:
The U-tube heat exchanger is composed of main parts such as a tube box, a shell, and a tube bundle. It is named because the heat exchange tubes are U-shaped. The U-shaped tube heat exchanger has only one tube sheet, and both ends of the tube are fixed on the same tube sheet. The tube material: stainless steel tube, copper tube, 20G, boiler tube, carbon steel tube, etc.

U-tube heat exchanger structure:

A single U-shaped tube heat exchanger is composed of two tube plates, a middle baffle (partition), a U-shaped heat exchange tube, and an inner guide tube. In this U-tube heat exchanger, the flow direction of the medium inside and outside half of the tube bundle is cocurrent, and the flow direction of the medium inside and outside the other half of the tube bundle is countercurrent. The double tube plates of the U-tube heat exchanger are generally connected to each other by a liquid gathering shell. The liquid gathering shell can be used to adjust the distance between the tube sheets and to ensure that the two tube sheets are parallel to each other.


 At the same time, the liquid gathering shell is used to seal the gas (liquid) body between two adjacent tube sheets to prevent the overflow of toxic gas (liquid). The venting port and the venting port must be set respectively at the-and-of the liquid gathering shell, which are used to timely lead out the leaking gas (liquid) body. If the temperature difference between the shell side and the tube side is large, in order to reduce the stress at the connection between the shell side and the tube side tube sheet and the heat exchange tube, the wall thickness of the sub-section should be reduced as much as possible, and an expansion joint can be added if necessary.


The detailed structure of the U-tube heat exchanger includes a tube box, a cylinder, an end plate, a U-shaped tube, and a support plate; the end plate is welded to the open end of the tube box, and the end plate and the open end of the cylinder are connected by a flange. The inner wall of the U-shaped tube bundle is provided with a thermal insulation layer, the end plate is provided with a tube hole, and a U-shaped tube bundle arranged in a matrix of several U-shaped tubes is arranged in the inner cavity of the cylinder; The tube bundle is vertical support plate; the cylinder is provided with water inlet and outlet; the tube box is provided with a refrigerant-and a refrigerant outlet, each U-shaped tube passes through the corresponding tube hole to communicate with the refrigerant-each U-shaped The outlet of the pipe passes through the corresponding pipe hole to communicate with the outlet of the refrigerant; a guide rail assembly is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder. The U-shaped tube heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency, long use, safety and reliability, and easy disassembly.
